- Check that the box and every product seal are intact when your parcel arrives.
- Put items that need refrigeration in the fridge as soon as possible.
- If anything is damaged or missing, take photos and message us within 24 hours.

How to receive, store and check your products.
This guide covers handling and storage only. We do not give medical, dosing or usage advice. Always consult a licensed physician before using any product.
Storage
- Follow the storage instructions on each product label.
- Keep products sealed, dry and away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Refrigerated items: 2–8°C. Do not freeze unless the label says so.
- Do not use products past their expiry date or with a broken seal.
Reading a Certificate of Analysis (COA)
- Check that the batch number on the COA matches the batch number on your product.
- Look at the lab name, test date and results listed.
- COAs for each batch are in the COA section of our homepage. If something does not match, contact us before using the product.
Skincare products
- Do a patch test on a small area of skin first.
- Stop using the product if you notice redness, itching or irritation.
- Keep away from the eyes unless the label says otherwise.
